What is good project management?
Good project management is when the project manager is running the projects and not the other way around. It’s when the project is well prepared and examined for possible pitfalls and when the client in the project feels safe and assured that things are progressing as planned. Good project management is when you don’t think too much about the project – it just works!

My background
I am Lise Halskov and I have worked with project management for more than 20 years. To get an idea of the brands I have worked with over time, look her:
How it all started
I ended up in advertising quite by coincidence. I am born in Denmark, and when I had my degree in business, I went to San Francisco for a vacation with my boyfriend (he is now my husband!) and got so excited about the place, that I ended up staying for three years. A couple of classes at San Francisco State University led via an assignment regarding Levi’s to a contact in their agency back then, Foote, Cone & Belding. I had a meeting with them, and before long, I was lucky to start working for them. So my vacation turned into a fantastic three year-long stay.
Back to Denmark…
Back in Denmark, I started out in advertising with a ton of challenges with agencies like Lowe Lintas, Leo Burnett and a smaller local agency. The road has lead me to where I am now – working full time with project management and trying to teach others what I know about the topic. I have been on the trip from young assistant to training others. I have worked with fantastic project managers and also experienced first hand, what happens when the project manager looses grasp of the project. In summary, I have gained a lot of valuable experience, which I hope will be beneficial to you. Make sure you sign up for my newsletter here, if you want to catch all the good stuff coming your way.
